All puppies that are shipped will be taken to our licensed veterinarian prior to shipping/delivery and will have an official health certificate. This health certificate is the only health guarantee that will apply. This prevents all allegations that a puppy was sick when it left our kennel. Any additional testing or services above and beyond the above listed official health inspection and certificate will be at the prospective Buyer's expense and added to the final purchase price. Puppies that are picked up or sold locally may have no official health papers or guarantee. On some instances the purchaser will need to take their puppy to the vet for it's first shots and will be told that before sale.

Any puppy with an inguinal hernia will not be sold with breeding rights.

The Buyer understands and agrees that, while we do our best to insure that our puppies are genetically sound, we cannot guarantee the lifetime health of any puppy beyond it's condition at the time of sale Initial _______

Blue puppies - Blue puppies are absolutely beautiful and rare, however, the blue gene is a recessive gene. It can sometimes cause skin/coat problems and allergies. I am not a genetisist and don't claim to be any sort of an expert on this or any other gene. I have been told by my vet that if the puppies aren't showing any sign of the skin/coat problems by the time they are 6-8 weeks old, they will more than likely not have any. I have had one puppy in the past that showed signs of this problem very early on (before it was two weeks old) and that puppy was given away to a good home. I want to make it clear that I have no intention of selling a puppy that shows this condition. If you have made a deposit on a puppy and it shows to be developing this problem, you will be given the option of getting your deposit back. It is my understanding that this condition can show up later in life and I make absolutely no guarantees that it won't. You will not be refunded any money once the puppy is in your care. 


PRICES

We price our puppies at what we believe are fair prices and according to the current market price.  However, if sales drop off, we will lower the price.  When you pick out a puppy and agree to the listed price, you are paying for the priviledge of having first, second, etc. pick of the puppies available.  If all the puppies we have sell quickly, then all of them will probably go for the same price.  But if sales are slow, the last ones to sell will be reduced.  Again, you may pay a higher price if you pick from the litter early on.  You are welcome to take a chance and wait to see if the prices drop, but you take a chance on possibly not getting a puppy or getting one that isnt' the exact color/pattern/disposition you are looking for.  With that in mind, our prices are as follows:


Tri-Colored puppies are currently priced at $450, plus shipping and crate.

Lemon puppies are priced at $800, plus shipping and crate.

Chocolate Tri-Colored puppies are priced at $800, plus shipping and crate.

Blue puppies are priced at $650.00, plus shipping and crate.

Puggle puppies are priced at $850, plus shipping and crate.

*All prices are subject to Breeders discretion and may be negotiable between Breeder and prospective Buyer.

The Breeder maintains the sole right to determine eligibility requirements for each puppy's registration. This means that if the Breeder does not feel that the puppy in question is of breeding quality, it will NOT be sold with full registration. This assures that no puppy with any physical/medical flaws will be sold as breeding and/or show stock.

All puppies have been wormed on a regular basis and may have had their first shot when they leave our kennel. It is up to the buyer to complete the vaccinations and continue the worming process. Puppies can NOT be returned due to improper vaccinating or worming which can lead to illness or even death.

Puppies that are shipped will be flown via American Airlines or Continental Airlines. Each puppy is insured in

the event that something happens during the flight. In the event that something does happen to a puppy in flight, you will be refunded your payment in full, unless another puppy similar to yours is available. (It will be up to the buyer to show proof that the puppy in question did not make it's final destination. Once the puppy has left the airport terminal and is in your care, there are no guarantees.) There is no guarantee that another puppy similar to yours will be available and it is highly likely that you would get a refund. I cannot guarantee a puppy in this instance.

*It is important to note that no puppy will be shipped before payment has cleared.
