NOTE: We research the going rate for Puggle puppies regularly and find that the prices are all over the scale. However, in checking out some of the lower end of the scale puppies, they seem to be coming from breeders that raise numerous breeds of dogs. One in particular had twenty-nine breeds. Personally, I would consider that to be a puppy mill and I would not want a puppy from one of them. BUYER BEWARE!!
What could be more adorable than a cross between a Beagle and a Pug? That cute little, sort-of-Pug nose, medium to long ears and a curly tail?!? Pugs have a personality that will keep you laughing and Beagles are a bit more laid-back for the perfect combination! They are both intelligent breeds and make great family pets! Follow the pictures below to see what a Puggle looks like from birth to about a year old! Keep in mind that this is NOT a new litter of puppies. They have long since gone to their new homes. This is Cocoa and her first litter of Puggle puppies. She was bred to a tan Pug named Sir Aslan. Here the puppies are just hours old.
This little guy is about seven days old. His eyes and ears are still closed! Just a few more days til they open!
Here, his eyes and ears are just opened. He's about 13-14 days old and just beginning to get around and maybe even outside the doghouse (much by accident!)
Here he is at about 6-7 weeks of age. Fully alert and getting playful. They are just beginning to bark at each other and pull on tails/ears!
This pup is Max! He's about four months old and is already well housebroke and is very well behaved!
Here's Max at about eight months of age! Handsome, isn't he?!? He's as big as he's going to get, standing about 14-15 inches and weighs about 20 pounds. Check out that profile!! And just look at that tail!
Max is actually one of the puppies that are shown in the above picture with Cocoa! His new owners were kind enough to send us these pictures of him as he grew and we look forward to hearing back from them again soon!!
